每个企业都应该有它自己的发展战略,但为何有时企业看起来没有战略,或是有所选择但最终还是模糊不清。很多企业,尤其是小企业,要么就是经营管理者,面对变化及多端的环境和突如其来的强烈竞争感到茫然而无可奈何,要么则是受短期和利润和增长所诱惑而忘记了战略。

Abstract: Business strategy of corporation is the enterprise faced with intense change and challenge of the environment, to seek long-term survival and continued development of the overall conduct of planning. She is a concentrated expressi0n of corporate strategic thinking is the business scope of the scientific requirements, is also the basis for development planning.
Every enterprise should have its own development strategy, but why companies sometimes seem no strategic, or have a choice, but ultimately ambiguous. Many businesses, especially small businesses, or is that managers, faced with change and fold the environment and the sudden intense competition felt at a loss and helplessness, or are affected by short-term and the lure of profit and growth strategies and forget.
This case in Shanghai Envatech,for example, hopes to show readers what the strategic imp0rtance and necessity of the company. Strategy not only remain at the ideological product,but an enterprise's management and staff are required to earnest to implement the policy.

Abstract: COMAU (Shanghai) Automotive Equipment Co., Ltd is a sole corporation of Italy Comau Group. She has developed from an office in Shanghai to a company as an independent contractor. Now, Comau (Shanghai) is a little more mature than four years ago and is running in the normal orbit. But the successful developing model cannot be fit for every situation and it always hinder the company to go forward.
The continuous rapid developing Automobile Industry of China gives Comau (Shanghai) unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Facing with the rapid automobile industry, the main problem is how Comau expand its business and how to make strategy to cope with the competition from the market? And, how to take good advantage of own limited resource and the famous brand “COMAU” to bring out a practical proposal?
The case study in Shanghai Comau automotive equipment industry in which the external environment, industry competition, the enterprise's own internal resources situation. Abstract: First of all, the case introduces Shanghai Kerer briefly. Then, we research both external and internal environment. For the external aspect, we use PEST model analyzing the macro environment and then analyze the future trend of the industry as well as the CSF (critical success factors) and five forces. For the internal aspect, after introduce the products, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Kerer. Based on the external and internal analysis, we give the optional strategies and discuss the strategies of applicability,feasibility and acceptability. Finally, the case suggests the specific planning of the strategy.
