Abstract:In the highly competitive modern society, the hospitality sector, being one of the pillar industries of rapidly developing economy, has been increasingly difficult challenges. It was against such a backdro that Tianjin Cairnhill Hotel started operations in 1994, and the hotel was undergoing a critical period of rapid and sweeping changes. These organization-wide restructuring were the result of its poor financial performance since it opened for business. This case analyzes the economic geography environment, market competition environment, the external and internal operation environment, and also the main problems of the hotel in the present.

This case analyzes the new market position of the hotel, identifies its target customers, and proposes a marketing strategy that is consistent with its branding and target segments, and also discusses the necessary changes to the hotel’s internal organization, to ensure the effective implementation of the new positioning strategies.

摘要:昆明积大制药有限公司是云南省制药行业第二家成立的合资企业,营销渠道一直沿用我国传统的区域经销模式。随着国家宏观政策的不断调整,企业规模的不断壮大,新药上市速度不断加快,传统的营销渠道已经严重制约企业的发展,本文分析了积大制药面临的宏观环境和行业竞争环境,介绍了我国药品营销的主要模式,以及国内外先进营销渠道模式所带来的启示。

3.8迈瑞医疗战略分析

Abstract: Since China is the largest population country in the world and the public requirement tohealthcare is becoming higher and higher, the increasing demand of the healthcare providers tomedical devices results in unprecedented development. In the domestic market,as the imp0rt medical device floods intothe domestic market,the market share of the national industry shrinks dramatically. This case mainly discusses how the biggest local medical devicemanufacturer in our country—Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co.,Ltd develops itsmarket strategy in this condition by analyzing the market,finds the opportunities,achieves success insuch a more and more fiercely competition market and offers the suggestions to local medical devicecompanies for references.

Abstract: More and more capital has been poured into China telecom industry because of its flourishing development, especially in mobile phone business. In a few short years, the dominant position of Motorola and Nokia was broken by the rapid growth of local brands such as TCL and Bird. Radical changes of competition situation happened. The thesis analyzes main aspects of the external circumstances, such as politics, economy, society and culture, as well as technology, followed by descr-ption of key characters ab0ut China mobile phone industry, consumer behaviors and competitors’ strategies. Then, after eva1uates the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of Motorola. Suggestions are given in the last chapter regarding Motorola to adjust marketing strategy for its mobile phone business in China.

Abstract: In the 21st century, the corporation culture is a symbol of the time. The corporation culture needs to change with the time. When companies begin to develop their culture, they always face many problems. According to the survey, there are many problems in the value, the rules, the net of the culture, the adaptability to the outside environment and the image of DH Corporation. These problems will limit the pace of its development. When DH Corporationhas to face the competition from its powerful competitors, it has so many disadvantages. How to improve it culture to keep DH Corporation developing steadily?……This is the question that every company must pay attention to. This case can be used in the course of Management.

3.13逆境重生——迅达(中国)的路在何方?
摘要:市场上的竞争已经从最简单的产品竞争转变为全面的服务竞争。越来越多的市场供给,使产品的同质化的程度也越来越高,在这种情况下,企业期望通过对市场的细分,并有针对性地提供全面的服务来提高客户的满意度,从而吸引客户并且长期留住客户,最大限度的在激烈的竞争中获得最大的利润。
整个电梯市场已经由原来的寡头垄断转变为相对完全的竞争市场,随着市场的变化,一方面中国电梯市场随着国民经济的高速发展迅速扩大,另一方面大量的竞争对手纷纷进入,市场竞争空前激烈,迅达(中国)作为最早进入中国的电梯生产企业对市场的影响力迅速下降,原有的产品价格体系迅速崩溃。本文主要是通过对这样一个正在从一个平衡走向另一个平衡的市场进行分析,提出迅达(中国)面临的问题以及应该采取的市场战略。

Abstract: The competition in the market has changed from simple product competition to overall service competition. Since more and more supply in the market leads to the high homogeneous products, companies have to retain the customers in long run by providing overall services to meet customers’ satisfaction in categorized market segments. In this way, the companies are able to gain highest profits in highly competitive market. 
In the elevator industry, the market has transferred from monopoly to relatively competitive market. On one hand, with the development of economy, the market is expanding very fast. On the other hand, more and more competitors have joined this market. In this EXPAMDING market, Schindler, as the first supplier, has lost its first mover advantage. Its pricing system is outdated. In this thesis, the author analyzed the market state and raised some problems existing in the company and some market strategies for Schindler under this growth market.

3.14宁波江东救生设备厂的国际化战略

3.20山特维克公司的战略环境分析
摘要:山特维克传动系统公司于1999年在上海设立山特维克传动系统(上海)有限公司并建立装配车间。在2002年随着瑞典总公司对欣德里希斯-奥弗曼公司兼并的完成及中国市场这几年的快速发展,总公司决定把上海车间扩展成新工厂并引进欣德里希斯-奥弗曼公司产品——技术性钢模板。为此,山特维克公司需要对中国技术性钢模板的市场做一个细致分析,以认识拓展该产品线是否是正确的行为。通过市场分析,山特维克公司最终决定在中国建厂生产并销售该产品。
