The thesis firstly gives a general introduction regarding the development history and relevant successful experience of the bancassurance business within and out of China. It further analyzes the background and reason for the production of this business and the specific cooperation model and corresponding risks. The based on the research, the author further discuss the B LifeInsurance Company of the prospects for the development of the banking business and the development of the next step.
